RESTAURANT PATIO CANARIO
At numerous restaurants of Puerto de Mogán, like the Patio Canario, the Canary cuisine mixes the traditional Spanish food with influences of African and South American food. There are some dishes imported from Spain Mainland in the menu, but the real taste of the Islands can only be appreciated in the Canary specialities and their huge variety of fresh vegetables, fruits and fish.
Some of the traditional dishes that you can taste in this Restaurant are their famous and delicious “paella” and a wide variety of fish. They also has typical Canary tapas like the “papas arrugadas” (salted small potatoes) served with the spicy Canary sauce called Mojo, or the “ropa vieja”, dish made of different meats sauté with chick peas. For starters, there are fish soup and rich nutritive Canary stews and as main course, you can taste meats like the rabbit or fish like the “vieja”, endemic white fish and speciality of the house.

The Restaurant Club de Mar, is located in the best area of Puerto de Mogán because of its view. Since 1989 the familiy-operated restaurant BOLERO is one of the most favourite restaurants in Puerto de Mogán, directly located in the first habour-line.
The culinary delights “Tapas to share” are the best choice to try traditional canarian dishes, enjoy the harbour view and listen to the sounds of Bolero music.
For the big appetite the 100% Beef Burgers are highly recommended by meet lovers, definitely the best you will find in Puerto de Mogán.

STREET MARKET
The Municipal Street Market of Playa de Mogán takes place every Friday from 8:00 to 14:00 at the Marina.
The visitor will enjoy a popular street market where to buy handcraft products typical from the Island, fruits, vegetables, souvenirs, clothes, amongst other numerous curiosities.
On Mondays, we can visit the Handcraft Street Market from 09:00 to 14:30 h. at the Parking Square.
PLAYA DE MOGÁN QUICK PAINTING CONTEST
Mogán Town Hall organises the 8th edition of this artistic event at our Port facilities. The huge artistic quality of the participants improves the level of the contest each year. It’s a great opportunity to mix art and leisure in the same place. Painting outside shows the creative capacity of the artists, as well as the capacity of the public to share and enjoy while learning. This inter-relation is useful for the artists to share techniques, styles and different perspectives in their modalities.
The paintings will be exhibited at the square, where artists can manage the sale of the resulting paintings amongst the public.

JAZZ FESTIVAL
From 20th May to 1st June 2019, every night except Sundays, will be the popular and exciting Jazz Festival, starring Richard Leach and sponsored by “Marina Bar”. You can enjoy fantastic music notes live on the “Plaza de la Música”.
